Gyro Republic is a hidden gem that never disappoints! The food is consistently amazing, and the flavors are always on point. I particularly love their Spicy Chicken Rice Bowl—it’s packed with bold, delicious spices and fresh ingredients that keep me coming back for more. Too little tzatziki, meat cut too small to be flavorful enough (actually also lacking but it's a chain so w/e), feta overpowers everything (too much), no option to remove lettuce. Just about every aspect of this bowl was fumbled. I've ordered cheaper from closer and they entirely forgot tzatziki and it was better than this. All around terrible. I'd comment on the cucumber and tomatoes, but they were barely present. You're buying a bowl of feta lettuce with hard blocks of "meat". Everything else is just enough for show.

they put so much chicken. and sauce which is great, and overall it always is worth it, but i just wish they put more veggies

It was delicious. The rice was spicy and flavorful. It was dry. I mixed the protein - gyro and spicy chicken! Juice and good size pieces! And my hummus was some of the best I've had! Will order again
