Always well packed. I love the Dazzler Sundaes and the Quart is always cold and delicious when it arrives.

The items are extremely expensive, and the Peppermint Bark Milkshake - Seasonal Special was a very normal size, when I was expecting a larger serving for $12. There were big chunks of what seems to be white chocolate at the bottom of the cup, and so much of the "shake" was just empty foam. Very disappointing.

I paid extra money for 3 scoops and they gave my daughter 2 and me 3 so she was pretty sad about that. They also forgot my cone on the side that I asked for. The ice cream itself is delicious though

Smallest 3 scoop sundae I have ever seen. Compared to photo when selecting it is FALSE advertising. It was, however delicious.

The Banana Split Dazzler Sundae cup had half the ice cream it normally had and hardly any toppings. I asked for extra hot fudge and there was hardly a spoonful.
