the Portabella Char in lettuce instead of bun was excellent! Nice mushrooms and sauteed onions,yummy! the Mocha Shake was good and they remembered the ranch for the Tempura Green Beans so they too were great!

First time ever ordering from here,I got the Charburger meal and oh my god, they are SOO GOOD!! Huge burger too, their French Fries were crispy and I genuinely cant think of a single bad thing. everything is Freshly made too. Would order again

They printed my order on the receipt and still didn't give me ketchup or ranch. Just 3 greasy napkins. I kept it at 4 because the onions rings were super crunchy and good. Never had their onion rings before. Those are definitely good. Their burgers are always good. But the fries needed that ranch for sure.

I called the customer service line because they did not have the option on the doordash menu to add in jalapeños and peppers and they were able to add them into my order and were very generous with the amount. Very pleased with their customer service!!!
