Food was great! but they got my drink wrong. Im assuming they were out of their iced/tropical tea, but instead contacting me for a suitable replacement, they guessed and gave me something I (as a type 1 diabetic) could not drink: Hi-C. Pretty brutal

It was the worst burger I have had. The patty is about half the size of the bun. It was more like a hockey puck, overcooked. I had asked for no lettuce but they all came with lettuce. My wife thought onion rings were good, I was not impressed. Disappointed

One of my burgers had a soggy bun and the lettuce tasted cooked. Overall though the burger was good.

Order a Charburger Meal and a Charburger with Cheese and the buns were hard. Would have been delicious if the buns were soft. Also ordered a salad and they did not give any dressing. The Tropical Tea was really good.

The salads were short volume. The shakes did not have covered lids on them. They had whipped cream lids without whipped cream in them( I didn't want whipped cream) this made the shakes open for the ride here. This is not acceptable. Bad for business.
