Always a hit! One of the few places that can make a proper burger and the ranch is ridiculous

I gave a thumbs up because the burgers were good. Got it without the seasoning.
The French Fries here are usually the best, IMO, but this time they were undercooked and the sweet potato fries were soggy.
The portion was also laughably small for the price.

I only ordered from here again even though the last time the French fries were undercooked, because I like cooked onions on my burger.
My burger had no cooked onions, and the French fries were undercooked again.
For the ridiculous price I paid for not a lot of food this is unacceptable.
I wish there was a Burger King around here.

Both fries and green beans were barely cooked and barely filled the container they came in. Burger was okay in comparison as other times lack of flavor and teriyaki burger was overly soggy from sauce, barely stayed together while eating. Usually very good at this location but tonight seemed rushed and lack of care.

I really wanted to give 5 Stars because the food was hot and fresh and the directions were followed.
However, there were so few grilled onions on my burger (the main reason I ordered here was for the onions) I couldn't even taste them. That was all I had put on the burger because I love grilled onions.
Second issue, the hamburger just does not taste good. It has so much pepper and salt I couldn't taste the meat at all. It could have been rabbit for all I knew. Not what I want in a burger.
I would like them to go a few miles to Carl's Jr. and taste a Big Burger. That's what a burger should taste like.
The sweet potato fries were OK but the star of the meal were the french fries. They were crisp yet soft on the inside and unsalted like I asked for and they tasted great. Best fries I've had from a fast food joint, hands down.
I was very impressed with the extra crispy chicken bite.
