The food was all delicious. I especially enjoyed the tempura green beans as an unusual side at a burger place. Burger was really good too. I was worried about some of the reviews about missing items from their order but my order came quickly, everything was included, and it was well packaged for delivery. Good value as well.

The Charburger with Cheese was just okay. Freshly prepared but unimpressed. Onion rings were heavily breaded and a bit hard, like pretzel sticks. The Chocolate Shake was very good, great texture and chocolate flavor. The Sundaes was like a thin milkshake. I could drink it with a straw. Seemed ice cream free.

This location SUCKS. They ALWAYS mess up the instructions. For example, order with cheese- no cheese added. Order with bacon? No bacon. I don't think the employees bother to read the order receipt and just skim it. Wouldn't care that much if I wasn't paying extra for items for them to leave off. Stop going to this one and go to the one in RWC for sure.

The best fries around, for sure. If you like burgers with lots of stuff on them (like me) and relatively less meat, these are for you. If you like basically a big chunk of ground beef and bread, then not so much.

The taste of their burgers is only barely better than McDonalds. The price rivals "Five Guys". So you pay a lot for marginal quality. Get McDonald's to save money or Five guys for better quality. If you really want to treat yourself, go get In-n-Out and get the best burgers for cheap.
