The burgers are good, the packaging is sloppy. Sometimes the wrapper isn't on securely so the burger's coming apart when you open the wrap. They are also squeezed into the bottom of the bag with fries or other sides on top of them and get smashed. The sandwiches come boxed so they're well protected.

The bread was dry and hard . The green been fries were under cooked. The French fries were over cooked and the meat was a little overly cooked.

The burger & salad were good but the tempura green beans were forgotten in the order although I got the sauces.

Food is usually good but the guac on the Santa Barbara Charburger was brown and gross. Clearly very old
