Santa Barbara char is one of the best burgers around, especially for a chain. Sweet potato fries are killer too. Everyone always raves about their shakes as well. Highly recommended.

The food was delicious! The bbq bacon cheese char was great! This place is probably my favorite burger place. Also the tempura green beans are the best! I also had some sweet potato fries and a strawberry shake and both were very tasty as well! Only issue I had was they missed a fry sauce and the straw for the shake. Other than that, everything was perfect. Would definitely order again.

There was barely any salad to my salad and the Kerry's was not fresh! Disappointed heavily in my 12 dollar BBQ Chicken Salad

My Gram is super picky about food and usually only eats chicken but she will eat half a burger from here and she absolutely loves it

Food was good, but the order was missing a thing of fries. For $4.99, it's quite a bit to miss out on an order. Additionally, the store phone number is not a valid number. So, I couldn't call to get a refund.
