The pork dumplings at Hachi are so good they should come with a warning: "May cause spontaneous tears of joy." Each bite was like a tiny pork-filled hug from the universe, wrapped in a delicate, perfectly steamy, yet crisp blanket. Honestly, I felt like I was cheating on all other dumplings—sorry, it’s not you, it’s Hachi.
These things were so addictive I briefly considered sending a “you up?” text to the waiter just to order more. The dipping sauce? A revelation. If it were socially acceptable, I’d drink it through a straw.
In short: Hachi’s pork dumplings will ruin you for all others—and I’m okay with that.

Beef on the Tyson was inedible. Tempura shrimp was so dry I literally thought it was chicken. 2 soy sauce packets for $100 worth of sushi. You guys are better than this so I'm sure it was just a bad night. But disappointing none the less

crab tasted bad. asked for sushi on the California roll and Addy said she would . then hung up. noodles arrived as a stuck ball of wheat more suitably eaten with a fork and knife than chopsticks. 4 shrimp for 15$. place seems to be falling off

It's okay. The UNAGI MAKI probably would have been better if they used actual unagi sauce rather than sweet soy sauce. The sweet soy sauce was both too sweet and applied too liberally. The RAINBOW ROLL at times tasted like there might be mayonnaise in the crab which made me pretty wary of it (mayo makes me gag). The CUCUMBER ROLL was great but that's pretty hard to mess up.
Portions were standard for the rolls. With the CUCUMBER ROLL being bigger than it usually would be.
The UNAGI MAKI fell apart when it was grabbed. Not badly enough to be a mess but I wonder if this was also due to the soy sauce soaking into it.
Overall I wouldn't intentionally avoid it but this will also never become a place I think of when I crave sushi.

Such a beautifully complex mix of flavors, it's SOO good but it's gone so quickly.. but that's just because it's irresistible. I will almost always order the King Kong and Godzilla together, absolutely perfect!
