Uni is one of my guilty pleasures. I've ordered it from only 3 places in town; place 1 makes my soul cry because their uni is occasionally superior but they don't have it regularly, place 2 has it all the time but it is overly briny, then Hamachi has it consistently and it is just shy of being the best urchin to grace my mouth. This is my first time ordering Stuffed shishito and I'll do it over and over again. I'm savoring the rest of my order as I'm typing this review. Next time I'll ask, and offer to pay, for more sliced lemon because even the lemon is delightful. I am thoroughly pleased with tonight's supper.

Ordered the TONKOTSU RAMEN and Gyoza. The noodles were thin and had perfect consistency. The broth was thick and rich. The eggs and pork belly were perfectly cooked and everything was delicious. The Gyoza were crispy and hot. Outstanding all around.

Honestly always top quality! The flavors are set up perfectly and every time I get sushi from here I'm reminded of how happy food can make you. Everything is fresh and there is time and quality put into each roll. I'm never disappointed when I order from here.

Smallest $20 sushi roll I've ever seen in my entire life. They're much, much smaller than it looks on the picture. Definitely not worth the money (mediocre taste at best), and I don't ever plan on ordering from here again.

100+ dollars and the sashimi was poor quality with tiny, miss cut portions. Overwhelming fishy tastes. Such a bummer. For half the price I could have ordered take out elsewhere.
