So glad I found Hanamaru on DoorDash! Food always arrives perfectly packaged. It is also nice and warm every single time, even when the delivery takes awhile. The 3-item Bento Box is a great value with tasty chicken teriyaki and wonderfully crispy tempura. Such a generous portion. Thank you Hanamaru for doing such a great job!

Honestly some of the best sushi i have had in a long time. Quality fresh fish, excellent portion sizes, and for a good price. Miso soup was perfect, the gyoza was crispy and flavorful. Would definitely eat here again!

I have been to Japan many times. The food at Hanamaru was authentic and delicious. The quality, portion size and presentation were superb. While their prices are comparable to other local Japanese restaurants, Hanamaru provides a far better value.

First time ordering from this place. The food was packaged nicely and arrived quickly. The three item bento box was just okay. The tempura shrimp was soggy and had a gluey texture, like it was not fully cooked. Both the steak teriyaki and Korean style beef were poor quality, very dry and chewy. The miso soup was also extremely salty. On the positive side, the nigiri options were good. Given the higher price and the long distance delivery fee, I am not sure I would order again. I think there are better options available for the value.

super consistent every time, the people on staff are very kind when i go to pick up as well. the food is always fresh and well packaged, it's always a good option to have and has been for years. the portions of sushi are a bit small for the price but they are quite filling. food is just expensive now anyway so that's not a knock on the restaurant by any means. the entrees are pretty well-sized! the Asparagus Roll (8 pcs) filling is always crispy and warm, and the Inari Nigiri are quite good sizes too, the tofu skin is never dry (it's just a bit expensive for only two nigiri, but those two items are normally enough to fill me up anyway). sometimes they switch similar items on the menu on accident (like asparagus avocado roll instead of the plain tempura asparagus, and i can't eat avocado unfortunately) but now i just add a note on those items just in case, and i've had no further issues. heavily recommend!
