Pick up orders and delivery always has great quality just as much as ordering in store. The reviews complaining about the drinks not getting started before they arrive must miss out on the considerate staff's decision to not let the ice melt in their drink. The reason that the salted cheese is separate from the drink is so that the drink doesn't mix on the way to you.

There was way too much fruit pieces in the G6 Strawberry Black Tea (Large) and S1 Fresh Passion Fruit Mango Green Tea (Large) and there was a bad aftertaste with the S1 Fresh Passion Fruit Mango Green Tea (Large).

Charge extra $4.10 for exchange type of boba for 1 drinks without my agreement, try to call but now pick phone call and also make wrong sugar & ice request for D1. Really bad experience with this store .

Ordered the mango G3 Mango Yakult Smoothie (Large), it was terrible. They filled the cup with 75% boba and very little smoothie.
