Every single time I've ordered from here (which is a lot) my order has been perfect! Always fresh, always has my condiments, napkins, & utensils & never forgets my drink! These other restaurants need to take notes from this Hardee's!

Food is always great but the hash browns are always half empty. I don't know if it's like that everywhere in Jax though. But the Hardee's on Dunn ALWAYS skimpy.
Homestyle Loaded Breakfast Burrito is always busting at the seams though.

The burger was very dry, looked nothing like advertised. So was the bread. yak. Requested extra sauce, onions and mushrooms. there were 6 very old pieces of sliced mushrooms, No sauce, no onions. Mushroom & Swiss .☹️ The Sweet Tea was much better. I would rather have my order from River City Market Place: 675 Nautilus Dr. 32218. This is the last time I will try Bursh Dr. Sorry my cell camera is dead.

This is the only restaurant that gets my order right every time, has the items listed actually in stock, provides napkins, cutlery, straws, & condiments. I know that might sound petty but that is a really big deal for me when ordering delivery with no way to request anything. Also, the breakfast always tastes sooooo good! Love this place!

Everything is always hot and fresh, breakfast and/or lunch truly never disappoints. Hardees is definitely my go to on here. The The omelette biscuit breakfast is filling. I also like the 10 Piece - Hand-Breaded Chicken Tenders™ Box for lunch/dinner
