Never thought I'd sbe the day where Bk Biscuit were more butery than Hardees. Turnover needs more filling.

The food wasn't bad, but for some reason no matter what I do they won't add mayo to my burgers. So I asked for extra when I picked up my order, and the staff was extremely rude acting as if I was personally ruining their day. Hardee's in hinesville has better food, and customer service.

Order was missing the SuperStar burger. Which they were sealing the bag for pick up after I arrived. I opened the bag to verify order all there. I told them I was missing the burger, which was the first item on the order. However, They gave me a side of bacon in the bag which was supposed to be on the burger. And the Super Star® is supposed to be 2 patties, I only got one patty. They just grabbed a burger off the rack and didnt verify it was correct burger. Burger was cold but tasted ok for what I received. Fries and chicken were lukewarm. Shake was ok as well.

Ordered two star burgers and two grilled cheese kid meals.
Received only one star burger, the receipt listed two burgers.
The kids meal sandwiches and french fries were packed with the apple juice and the applesauce. This resulted in cold french fries and cold sandwiches.

False advertisement nothing was loaded about that paper thin omelet!! Was not worth the amount of money they're charging!
