The biscuits and gravy are good as always. Nice and soft. The loaded omelet biscuit came just like we wanted it

Usually Hardee's does very well. However this time the biscuits and gravy were placed in the bag sideways and leaked a bit, the biscuits in the bottom were way too hard to eat! I think the biscuits had been made for quite sometime freshness was very poor. I will order something next time but not with any kind of biscuits. Flavor with pork chop wasn't very good and I'm not usually one to complain. Serving the public is hard but this had to be done. Thank You

Biscuit is not only burnt but seems like it was cooked last week. The omelet on the inside is crunchy and old as well. Absolutely nasty!

I didn't get my Double Mushroom & Swiss and half my Crispy Curls® were so hard you couldn't chew them. Soft Drink was watered down that's why I order mine with no ice but they don't follow directions very well either

Today December 25, 2024 I didn't cook because I'm home alone. I decided to order food from Hardee's. The Burger was terrible. It tasted like it had been stemmed in water. The fries were mixed with regular fries and curly fries both no salt and they were cool. I should have just fried a Bologna sandwich. It would have been better than this.
