Hardees has the best breakfast! IT's always delivered hot and fresh! I love that they have simply OJ!

All three of my gravy's were watery, barely any sausage to be found. This is surprising & disappointing because normally, it is thick and full of sausage..The containers were not even full.

The burger was hard as a rock and unfortunately the Ham and Swiss wasn't on the bun and melted most of the cheese to the paper.

They brought orange juice instead of milk with breakfast order, and charged an additional unexplained "surcharge" of $2.40. I reported it and they refunded the milk, but I still don't know why there was a "surcharge". For what? I have never had any unexplained extra charge with any Door Dash order.

My lastv3 orders have be disappointing. The first order, gravy was watery, 2nd the biscuits were raw, unable to eat & today the biscuits are burnt. Not sure what has changed because I never had any issues or complaints before.
