Everything was hot and perfect! Even got the sauces, straws, napkins. It's the best that Hardee's has been in a long time! I hope it stays this way!!

There were 4 biscuits instead of 5. The "large" cole slaw was only half full. The mashed potatoes were instant, thick, and gluey. The gravy was just as thick as the potatoes. The "half gallon" of sweet tea was a cup of tea... Very disappointing, especially for the price!!

Frisco burger patty was terribly thin with unmelted cheese. The hot ham cheese was 2, half-dollar sized slices of ham and one unmelted slice of cheese. Fries were cold. No condiments as requested, no napkins. The drinks were fine and the onion rings were hot.

Last time I was disappointed but they made up for it this time. Fries were seasoned and milkshake had whipped cream. Happy girl! Thank you!

I ordered a medium combo and the employees must not be able to read because I got a small combo. The Hand-Breaded Chicken Biscuit and the Super Sausage Biscuit Combo biscuit was burn and hard around the edges. The cheese was barely mealted. Also I didn't get my grape jelly packets .
