Ordered a chicken wrap. Lettuce was brown and soggy and there were about 5 pieces under a very crispy tender. Very disappointed in the lack of quality check on preparation of food.

everytime I try to customize my burgers they charge me for it but they don't add anything to it they take things off like my Double Hardee's Frisco® Combo I ordered an extra patty and cheese and when I got it only had 1 patty no cheese and 1 piece of bacon and the burger was dry and tasted burnt this is the 4th time in a row now...

I ordered yesterday and my burger was perfect! I ordered today and just received my bacon cheese burger and it is good but without what I paid for. I always get extra mayo and there is no extra to anything on this burger. It tastes plain and I lost a little bit of money. ugh
