Everything in my order was hot. Even though the breakfast line was open and I had put my order in a bit earlier than I had intended, they still processed and made my food early...( without me having to ask) they got everything right and even gave me extra napkins(once again with out asking)... second time ordering through door dash from Hardee's... they are perfect... whoever is on the first shift needs a raise!

The cinnamon roll had hardly any icing on it, and they must have quickly slapped this omlete together bc the sausage was in huge chunks, and it was extra greasy. The hash rounds were ok, I guess. I worked there before, so I know how things are supposed to be, and this isn't it! Don't get me wrong, I ate it, but it wasn't what I was expecting!

Always messes the order up. How can you leave out the gravy biscuit on a gravy biscuit platter? And don't order egg on your ham biscuit cause they will forget that also but not forget to charge you for it.

My fries were cold and tasted like yesterday's leftovers, I only live 1 mile from the store so it wasn't from the ride. I also paid an extra $1.20 to add cheese to my spicy chicken wrap and of course, they did not put any on it. The whole order was cold, nasty, and not how I ordered it. And only reflects on Hardees bc my dasher was fast and very nice!
