Whoever the biscuit maker was this morning, SUCKED. I was a biscuit maker for Hardee's at one time in my life, and I know the difference between a well-done biscuit and one that has been sitting in the heaters for too long. My biscuit was a hockey puck and difficult to even chew. Worst biscuit I have had from a Hardee's. This came from the 321 location so that could be the issue.

The cinnamon biscuit was dry and hard the chicken was over brown

The biscuits were over baked and the cinnamon roll was hard like it had been nuked.
