Ordered the Big Hot ham and cheese... is not what it portrayed to be. Definitely not ordering this again. I've ordered it in the past and it was massive. No clue what the change was. Fries have also gone down hill. Sandwich was fresh, fries were not. For sure going to stick with Arby's from now on.

The ham and Original Hot Ham 'N' Cheese was a let down. there was a small peice of ham that didn't even cover the bun. The cheese was runny like water. The sandwich was smashed down like someone was trying to flatten it.

Burger was good, if dry due to very little mayo and a tiny tomato slice. The fries were awful and cold... the turnover was nearly empty, but tasted good. On an up note, the soda was great!

My 2 small strips of bacon were broken in pieces and my hash rounds were too soft and a little bit soggy. The biscut with gravy and the scrambled eggs were delicious. Plus, I love the simple chicken biscuit. No over processed chicken mush there.

Good food, egg on the Frisco was a little undercooked, and the sweet tea was not sweet at all. The cinnamon roll was bland. The monster biscuit was good and the French toast was very good, albeit needed more powdered sugar. The hash rounds were definitely not fresh. All in all, could have been much better.
