It was perfect I found my new favorite combo of the Catfish, Shrimp & Wings. It was perfect for the price. Cooked perfect with the hot peppers on the side.

4 wings fries BOGO is a waste of money this chicken was not like the Harold's we grew up on and love; has NO taste and the chicken and fries were so dry it's like they took a tablespoon of sauce and drizzled it on the food. Harold's used to makes sure your food was fully covered in sauce I also asked for mixed sauce and it was not. And the peppers were disgusting as well you used to be able to squeeze the peppers and the juice would gush out on your chicken not any more peppers hard and dry too. What is going on? Why is food so nasty now? Why can't these restaurant owners follow the original blue print? Stop being cheap and put the sauce on the chicken and fries like the original Harold's and add the salt and pepper or lemon pepper when requested we want FLAVOR!!!!!!

I have tried this Harold's hoping that I would get consistent food taste, but each time I am sorely disappointed, therefore I will no longer support my neighborhood Harold's and will go back to traveling to the Matteson location.
This restaurant cares nothing about serving old food. I have received wings that were dark to the bone, as well as gizzards that were also dark and taste horrible, which to me was a definite sign of the food being too old for consumption, however, they cooked, sold and served these disgusting items with a clear conscious.
The restaurant is beautiful, a good place for entertainment, drinking and gambling, but certainly not for eating. I have complained about these same issues for the last time, especially for them to do nothing to correct the issue.

Food was alright. Legs were cold. Their sauce got a weird tangy sweet flavor to it and thick almost like a ketchup .Ordered hot and got mild. Way better stores around. The sharks in country club 100x better and more fresh.
