I ordered a meal that included 7 pieces of wings with fries, a pizza puff with fries, and mild sauce. I have to say, it was an exceptional dining experience. The fries were amazing – crispy and flavorful. The wings were cooked to perfection, and the addition of mild sauce just took them to the next level. The pizza puff was also made perfectly, and I couldn't find any faults in it. What made the experience even better was the unexpected bonus of receiving two pops, which was a delightful surprise. I have no complaints whatsoever about my meal it was delicious, well-prepared, and exceeded my expectations.

Ordered the Quarter Chicken White (2PC) and Dinner Wings (7PC). Harold's is always fire. Mild sauce is amazing; I could drench everything in it. Fries could have been a little crispier. I usually just get wings from here, but I was pleasantly surprised that the chicken breast had no bone and it was still juicy and delicious.

Do Not order! The chicken was dry even though I asked for sauce ON my food. I ordered an extra piece of catfish which was overcooked and tiny for the $7 they are charging! DO NOT RECOMMEND

There is no way to select or add notes for how you want your chicken cooked. I got the Perch (3PC) & Wings (3PC) and I wanted lemon pepper on the fish but not on the chicken and I couldn't communicate that with my order. I also got can pop and couldn't specify which I wanted nor was I given any choices. Luckily my driver called and asked me. Also they didn't put my food into a paper bag and placed it directly inside a grocery bag instead. Lastly, I placed my order at 2:11PM on a Saturday and it wasn't ready until 2:53PM. Aside from those minor inconveniences, the chicken and fish were both cooked to a perfect golden crisp. They followed the (limited) order instructions and didn't forget my sauces on the side.
