As a born and raised SOUTHSIDER who now lives all the way in Rogers Park now with no good Harold around I only order my Delivery from this HAROLDS now. It has the most authentic Harold's flavor and quality I can get outside of some of the locations on the southside. My chicken is alway Hot, Fresh, and seasoned to perfection.

Everyone knows that each Harold's has its own taste. But this one never misses. Been going here for years - even before I moved here this was a vacation must stop. The wings are always fried to perfection. The okra is edible. And we love the mini jugs of lemonade. The portion was plentiful and the food was fresh as always.

The sauce was really good but the fries could have been cooked a little longer and the meat was on top of the fries maybe it could be packaged differently for delivery orders. The cake was not homemade.

Nothing great about the chicken. Taste like regular home-cooked fried wings to me, and I'm not a fan of the mild sauce, but it appears this chain is more expensive than any other fried chicken establishment.

I usually love Harolds. just won't eat at this one again.
