First time ever trying Hattie B's and it did not disappoint on any front. Ordered about 30 minutes out from closing and it still got here quick and efficiently, and the food was all still hot when it arrived. I got the Fried 3 Tenders Plate with the "Damn Hot" spice variant and let me tell you, they weren't kidding when they said that about the spice level. The chicken was juicy, delicious and fried to perfection, and the spices had a big kick in the mouth with the heat while also being very flavorful without being overwhelming.
I also chose the Pimento Mac and Cheese alongside the Baked Beans for my sides, (since they didn't have fries at the moment) and both were exceptional. (the pimento mac was my favorite although it was hard to choose since my beans had bits of bacon in it, and that was delicious.) Overall, highly recommend, and for the price, it was very worth it for the quality of food I got. Will be ordering again.

Hattie B is one of my favorite places to eat because of the taste, portions, freshness of their chicken. I'm from California and you cannot get this there at all (I've tried). Every visit to Nashville requires at least one visit to HB

The chicken tenders are always great nice and crispy with generous size, the greens were surprisingly good, potato salad decent, banana pudding decent, but they forgot the slaw with my order and the noodles for the pimento mac were wayyy overdone and mushy, didn't stop me from eating it though, lol

I tried the Hot heat index for my chicken. It has just the right burn. Greens had a bit too many large stems. Tasted great if not for that. Blackeye pea salad is a welcomed addition to the usual hot chicken joint sides. Hattie B'a is the place for good eats at fair prices.

Medium tenders spot on. Always huge strips. More than enough. Amazing fr. I always get the grits on the side. The Mac is cool too. Def worth it
