This katsu bowl was so beautiful it made my night. The crunch was perfect. Presentation incredible. The egg!? Perfect. The way you guys put the sauce at the bottom of the bowl! You guys just keep getting better and better. Truly a local gem. Thank you!

Fresh, light and naturally flavorful. Tuna is of good quality for this application usage. Each ingredient was able to showcase themselves without the cover of a sauce on this particular order.
Great serving size on the regular left me full and not bogged down

I'm generally a picky eater- this food is 10/10!!! The portions are good for the prices and everything tastes wonderful- perfectly seasoned and great textures! Especially the Japanese karaage, so crispy and delicious! Will definitely be ordering again soon!

The food from this place is amazing. Truly amazing. I've had both the poke and the ramen and they are frikkin' addictive. (If you haven't tried REAL Japanese ramen, please do!) The quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail is outstanding. There is no restaurant in town that I have felt works this hard to provide an amazing experience for its customers.

I got a build your own bowl (single) and it was delicious and filling! So many topping options and everything was super fresh. So good 10/10 would highly recommend
