Love this place! The atmosphere is cozy and small, and pickup orders are always ready for me before I get there! While I haven't ordered for delivery, I have tried a few boba drinks from them when I'm out with friends and their tapioca is always fresh and not undercooked.

Brown Sugar Milk Tea is consistently delicious and the tapioca is perfectly cooked! Never tried anything flavored with Pandan before, and the Pandan Waffle is one of the most wonderful flavors I've ever experienced. Would absolutely order again!

Love the Coconut Milk Tea with strawberry popping boba, pairs well together and I usually order two because they're so good!

The House Special and the Strawberry Milk Tea were both amazing.Crispy bread. and not over iced tea. would definitely order again!

my sea salt Sea Salt Viet Coffee is amazing! I love how bold the coffee flavor is! Definitely recommend this place and drink.
My friend is enjoying her Mango Fruit Tea as well!
