It was less Garlic Noodles and more of a saucy stir fry with a small portion of noodles. I requested the beef be cooked medium, but it was well-done and tuff. I typically love Hiccups but their quality has significantly diminished since their first location in Long Beach. Also there was no Parmesan cheese or cilantro to top off the noodles. Let me add that I did add shrimp and extra onions and peppers, which maybe I'll stick to the regular order next time. Idk.

The garlic noodles are to die for here, but I didn't make the mistake of adding extra sauce which made the noodles taste a bit salty but other than that generous amount of garlic was used, yum! I also go the matcha soy for mid day pick me up! Would order again without extra sauce

Pad Thai was decen but don't order the beef. It was huge chunks of meat and was more like carne asada. Weirdddd. Taro smoothie bomb but I wear they changed their boba now they are small.

Ordered shaken beef with and egg and extra Parmesan. The egg was not included nor the Parmesan. The meat was supposed to be medium but more on the medium well side. But overall the biggest issue was the taste. I've been to Hiccups many times and ordered this exact dish. Today it was super oily and Sweet. I want to spend my hard earned money for quality. Please do better Hiccups.
