the food was fresh and hot when it arrived, everything was well packaged so nothing leaked out of the containers. whilst it was expensive, it was delicious and filling. My 4 yr old granddaughter loved her kids Kids Classic Ramen and ate all of it. My 11 yr old granddaughter who had braces put on just a couple of days prior, chose her meal so it was easier for her to eat with the pain and she said the food melted in her mouth with how fresh it was and the taste made her taste buds dance.

I love this ramen restaurant, in person.. every time I order online theres an issue, this time its being charged for a Charsu Lover and getting 2 (not 6) bland uncharred thing pieces of cold pork, my childrens soup for their ramen was half the quantity they get in store.. beyond disappointing!

The Classic Ramen (Shio) is really good when in store, everytime I've ordered online, the portion sizes are tiny! The most recent order I received, the already small container was only half full. If you're also ordering any fried food, note that is goes super soggy, breaking apart and inedible because it's placed into a plastic container immediately after being cooked so it's full of condensation. Also received less (quantity wise, calamari rings) than what was ordered. If you get extra noodles, note that the portion sizes are also inconsistent. One day you'll receive an almost full container, the next it's about a quarter full. Disappointing considering the ramen in store is really nice.

Very disappointing. Chicken was chewy and gristly. The sauce was thick and gloopy and had a completely one dimensional flavour. The rice was today and overcooked.
In fact the meal was largely inedible

The noodles were under cooked. I asked for extra broth and the container came 1/4 full. It's disappointing even after I had contacted them to confirm I was ordering the correct things via phone before I finalised the order.
