The freshness of the food is on point, I love how tasteful the Dragon Roll was including Shrimp Tempura Roll, they're both my favorite & they never let me down each time I order from here. I would highly recommend

This was my first experience with Hino Oishi, and every item I ordered was outstanding! The Smoked Sake Nigiri and Maguro Nigiri were fresh, well made, and the fish-to-rice ratio was perfect. The Kids Chicken Katsu (with broccoli and miso soup) was super tasty. The chicken was crispy, broccoli was crisp-tender, soup wasn't watered down, and the portions were enough to satisfy an adult. I was a little disappointed that the sushi didn't come with ginger and the wasabi was diluted and seemed to have hints of jalapeño(?). There was no option to ask for ginger and/or wasabi via the DoorDash app, but I appreciated that the restaurant gave me the low sodium soy I requested. Overall I was very impressed and will definitely order again.

I always hold sushi restaurants to a higher standard because eating bad and raw food can get you sick. Even for a take out the presentation is okay. But, I'm here for the fish and the fish is so-so. The texture is chewy, not properly thawed, and a bit aged( has fishy smell). The Kamikase roll is smaller than if you ordered it by itself and not a part of the Sushi Supreme combo. I like the pickled wasbi and horseradish packet option. The soup and salad is always a plus. The fish cuts aren't appealing, they have weird looking veins in them. I didn't finish eating them, I just threw them away. The fish here isn't worth the price. I'll keep on looking for something better.

L Teriyaki Chicken Bowl was massive. Fresh veggies and taste perfect. Not processed at all. Will order again :)

My only complain is the seasoning . The rice & steak shouldve been seasoned better but the soup was definitely a 1 star but for the price and how much was given to me I thought it was pretty good pricing .
