• 23/6/25Chicken was burnt and only had less than half the bowl filled with 4 pieces of actual chicken. The rest was burnt crust. No napkins or utensils as requested. Overpriced. Spent $17 (9.99 for yakitori side) and it's not even enough for a meal.

• 5/6/26Combo teriyaki meal previous times was full rounded at the top. Last two times not so for $18 that's not cool. If this is the normal serving now, time for me to go somewhere else.

• 11/2/26Super disappointed, we got our food and paid extra for teriyaki sauce for our Beef Teriyaki Meal and Chicken Teriyaki Meal and we got dry rice, veggies and protein. No one liked their dinner and at $80 a meal, it's pretty depressing.
