Love Hoffman's and understand it's the off season and full time work is sparse, I wish the person read my order before preparing because it wasn't correct, it was close but not correct & I also clicked for utensils to be included and they weren't. It's part of the ice cream out adventure to have the plastic spoon!! Love Hoffmans & realize people make mistakes , but I stand behind my review in that the service that was clearly outlined was not provided

charged $3 bucks for sprinkles but they didnt put the sprinkles on. and didnt send spoons in the bag. folowed by a paper straw for a $13milk shake.
