This is the 3rd time I'v ordered the Strawberry Waffle with whipped cream. This time they forgot the whipped cream. So disappointing! The first time they remembered. The second time was an in-person order for two orders of strawberry waffles and I asked for extra whipped cream. I was disappointed because they did not give extra whipped cream. I do like the Strawberry Waffles themselves. The strawberries are always fresh and waffles are so good with syrup and butter.
The Banana Walnut Pancakes were also supposed to come with whipped cream. There was none. Disappointing. I also ordered Chicken and Waffles. I was disappointed because the chicken wasn't a fried chicken leg/thigh/breast/wing. Instead it was chicken strips and the batter was too salty and the chicken was overcooked and dry. It came with sausage gravy but that was cold. This particular Holder's location is inconsistent with their strawberry waffles and forgot he whipped cream for the banana pancakes. It would have tasted just right if they had remembered the whipped cream.
The Banana Pancakes themselves were really yummy with the walnuts and maple syrup.
Portion size: good for all dishes. If I were to order again I would ordered as pickup and check that nothing was forgotten.
I wouldn't order the chicken and waffles again. My family did not like how the South of the Border entree was too salty. They felt dehydrated after eating it.
In general, this restaurant has many good dishes. It just depends on the item and who's packing the order. Some staff remembers to include everything and some forget.

The SOUTH OF THE BORDER OMELETTE is my go to but this location the portion size is not the same as the location I normally order from the hashbrowns are a 1/3 of the size I get from the other location in Cupertino I would order again just not from this location sorry the taste is great though

I've ordered the Belgian Waffle With Strawberries and Whipped Cream many times. The fresh fruit and waffle always taste good but they forget the whipped cream 50% of the time. This was one of those times :( If I order it again I will have to call them to remind them to remember the whipped cream (sigh). I give them3.5 stars for forgetting again.
