Ordered one Donut and it seemed like it was a day or two old and same thing with the Bagel it was extremely hard and old. The large Iced Mocha Madness® was filled with mostly ice and very little coffee.

Everything was good... only complaint was didn't get the <<taggedItemId=24933015391>>Blueberry cheesecake Specialty Donu<</taggedItemId>>t but the cute beachy decorated donut was so adorable w the little bear cookie and tasty that I wasn't even upset! :-)

Cinnamon raisin Bagel was hard as a rock and not edible. Almost broke a tooth trying to bite into it, probably because of how stale it was. Not happy about having to pay for this and will talk to door dash help team to see if there is anything they can do.

Hash browns look and taste undercooked. Wasnt expecting muffin tops. they are dark and crispy at the bottom. The Iced Mocha Madness®taste good. Iced Crazy Caramel- didnt have caramel or whipcream.

Burrito and coffee were good just annoyed I paid for hashbrowns and never received them or straws. This is not the first time this has happened which is unfortunate because Iorder from here almost daily
