The refresher had so much ice that I was not able to put the straw in the cup. After I took all the ice out there was 2 fingers of the beverage inside the cup. I was extremely disappointed since the refresher was quite expensive.

I ordered the country fried steak with hash browns, scrambled eggs, and extra gravy on the side. It was 'ok'. The meat part and the gravy were good, but the hash browns were tough and chewy, and the scrambled eggs were left on the griddle too long and had browning on half of them despite my not selecting 'hard' from the menu. I got a side of strawberry marscapone crepes which were mostly good but had a very slight artificial aftertaste from the strawberry sauce. The portion sizes were generous, and I appreciated that they offered a choice of extra gravy on the side without an extra charge.

I ordered in because I work with kids all day, and all I wanted to do this Mother’s Day weekend was relax at home with my kids. I’m only leaving a review because the manager working Saturday afternoon on May 9th between 10am–1pm was very helpful. She listened to the issues with our messed up orders and made sure the kitchen got it right the second time.
For the most part, they’ve always been consistent, so I’m not sure what happened this time, but I really appreciated her help and professionalism.

Alright I'm a big biscuits and gravy guy but this is by far the worst one I've had yet, all frozen stuff just go to colonial cafe super fresh and always good food, I would not order this again
