• 12/7/22Catfish nuggets were crispy and juicy. It was a huge order. The Greek salad was full of suculent lamb and the dressing bwas clearly housemade. Way better than described! Thanks!!!

• 5 days agofirst disappointing meal that i have gotten from Hook
usually get larger portions in the Gyro Plate of both the meat and the French Fries . Plus the meat was dried out and overcooked

• 26/7/24My pearch sandwich had a half a piece of perch on the bread, not 4 pieces as the picture and meuu indicates. It wasn't even 1 whole piece. im very diappointed. It didn't cover the bread. The sandwich was just bread, lettuce, tomato and onions.

• 2/8/25For starters, when my dasher arrived to the store, the cashier informed her that they had given my order to someone else so she had to wait 20 minutes for it to be remade. My Catfish Nuggets were extremely hard, not edible at all & the Mushrooms were burnt to a crisps & also not edible.

• 16/10/25Food was lukewarm and not as fresh as it could have been. Chicken was overcooked or old with a less than normal amount of meat on the bone and the fries were bland.
I will not order again
