Fries were extra crispy, like I asked ! & sauces were amazing ! Hooters never fail

Fries were over cooked and I had to pick through to find the edible ones. Wings were supposed to be all drums got flats mixed and some of the chicken was not tossed evenly with sauce. I've ordered from them before and had no problem sucks this time it was an epic fail. I'd possibly order again but it'll be awhile before I do. The food just wasn't fresh this time and seemed like it was recooked to heat it up.

Food was cold and thrown in a box. The chicken wings were missing, the soda was missing, chicken tenders taste like old grease.
I received 3 tenders and cold fries. Nothing else. I'm guessing they were trying to close so they didn't feel like preparing my order the correct way.

They charged me for two extra sauces separately, and the wings were supposed to come with 25 in lemon pepper and 25 in mild sauce, but they sent everything separately, and they didn't include the two extra sauces I ordered (hot sauce and medium sauce).
