If you're unable to fulfill an order, it would be better to contact the customer and see if they want to cancel or get something else instead. Just sending dry and cold chicken pieces was not a suitable solution. Pretty disappointed considering we've had excellent food from you previously.

I always purchase from Hot spot chicken.but have never purchased the beef burger. this was the first andlast time. the beef burger was full of saucethat I had to take itapart and remove all the sauce so I could eat it. was disappointed with this order. ill just order my normal meals from here. the chicken the seafood are all amazing.

was my go-to for chicken and chips, but all of a sudden the price of a quarter chicken and chips went up by a whole $8. won't be buying again until the price is made more affordable
