These guys know exactly what the customers want tbh! I ordered a deal 1 meal at 1 am & they didn't start cooking my food until the dasher arrived! Chips were the perfect crunch to soft ratio & the kebab was super fresh & handled with extreme care, I honestly didn't expect to be this impressed but not many businesses care about their customers these days.. what a breath of fresh air to see these guys actually care.

Their HSP is not what they list it as. They say it comes with onions and tomatoes and pita bread which their attached image on the item supports. But this not what the item is. It is simply a ridiculously overpriced normal HSP. When calling the store to ask about it, they hung up on us instead of trying to understand the issue or assist in any way.

needs way less meat and more chips, there was maybe one or two layers of chips, which was really sad because the chips are lovely.

HSP was extremely sloppy.
Cardboard box was soggy and had fallen apart leaving cardboard detritus throughout the meal making it hard to distinguish between the mass of adana lamb that was dumped on the top and the cardboard mush.
Chips were not crispy and there only a few, which was disappointing.
I got the special spicy sauce and Garlic sauce, which again,wasn't distributed evenly and was just slopped on.
This is the third time I've decided to order here and given it another chance. Overall, the lack of care taken with preparing the food has lead to it being mostly inedible, the parts that were edible did have good flavour. The meat was good and the sauces good - especially the spicy, could easily lead to a 4 star review in the future.
For now stay far away and go elsewhere.

Normally pretty good but where's the sauces and chips guys? Legit a squirt of each sauce and barely any chips with 90% meats?
