The dessert was missing, the biscuit was hard and dry and the sausage was small, hard, dry and tasted bad.
The eggs and hash browns were good.

It has been years since I've had Huddle House and let me tell you the quality has gone down hill very bad. I got the sausage biscuit and gravy with coffee and a southwestern breakfast bowl. my wife didn't want a second bite. The food was dry and plain tasting. I said this tastes hospital food she said no this is worst than hospital food.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I was very upset to find my food was literally frozen with frost on the side. I had a pie slice as a side, then another to replace an item they were out of it. I went to eat it, but was disappointed to see that the insides and bottom were icy.

It took Huddle House three attempts to bring me my sweet tea with my combo. Now I have three orders of the combo and a $5 credit. I tried to call Huddle House to make sure I get my tea, but no one answered the phone. Hashbrown and Omelet with original order was greasy! I will see how the BLT is later (at work).

Great as always! Its unbelievable how much better Huddle House treats their customers and their meals than other large chains. keep up the good work.
