Last time we ordered from Huddle House we ordered a Patty Melt with Hashbrowns. We received the hashbrowns but no Patty Melt.
Tonight we ordered the Country Fried Steak with gravy on the side. We also ordered a side of white gravy which cost $2.69 before tax and all the other misc charges.
The mashed potatoes had very little gravy and the extra gravy we orered was in a small plastic container. The gravy barely covered the bottom of the container. I know there wasnt even a teaspoon of the extra order PLUS the gravy was like water. I cant believe we paid $3 something for it.
I dont mind splurging once and awhile by ordering Door Dash but I dont get how or why the staff doesnt pay attention or care that you dont get your entire order or that the food quality and quanity is just horrible. The order was $50 with tip. You should get what you pay for!!

Shrimp missing second side, sides of fries for both meals barely a handful, sampler missing dipping sauces oh and the fries were not fully cooked a soggy mess

As usual, did not receive all the items ordered. Also, the Kid's Buttermilk Pancake or Golden Waffle Plate - the waffle had a little syrup on one corner which was all soaked in. NO butter or syrup packets. The waffle had a weird taste. Maybe it is just how their waffles are but was not a good taste. Did not receive the xtra Crispy Hashbrowns or the Small Gravy (xtra gravy is $2.69!).
As much as items cost on the Door Dash menus, one would think there would never be these types of problems. Just because we are not sitting in the restaurant, we deserve better service. Please do better.

I don't think I'll order from here anymore. The first time they were out of turkey so I accepted a regular blt which was cheaper but they didn't adjust price. The second time I ordered 3 separate meals and only got one. Beware.
