They forgot my hash browns and my toast was almost burnt and they barely put any vegetables in my omelette and when I called the restaurant they were so rude about it

The hashbrowns very very greasy and soggy. The flavor of the omelet was good. The sausage was fine, small portion of egg.

They were awful. Burger looked like sausage patty and the only thing on it was cheese. Nothing else. Fries were overcooked and cold. Had onionbrowns instead of hashbrowns on ranch platter and eggs were disgusting. Grits with omelet were full of water.

I normally don't write bad reviews but I ordered the Kid's Buttermilk Pancake or Golden Waffle Plate I paid extra for the whipped cream and didn't receive any whipped cream or syrup and that piece of bacon was so sad. I've worked in the restaurant industry so a lot of this was kind of common sense. The BLT BLT Combo was good I just wish they'd send condiments with this as well, but that's third world problems I guess . I just wish they would've done better for my kiddo.

For such a small order it took over an hour and a half to get it delivered. There were two Dashers assigned to the order it took the store so long to make the food. I should have just gone to the store (we live very less than two miles away), ordered and brought it home. Probably could have done that five times over in the amount of time it took for the order to get to me.
The food did get to us hot and as always, delicious.
Not a food issue, not a delivery issue (our Dasher was super great at keeping us informed) but a food preparation issue.
