I eat poke often because it is healthy and delicious. The Metrotown location has more protein than any other location, and the balance of all the ingredients is perfect. The sauces, in particular, feel fresher. I like their Yuzu, Tiki, and Koko the most. Highly recommended.

Ordered the Koko and Ancho. Good portion size and delicious. The person who served us at Metrotown was very nice and did a great job. We'll be back for more :)

Always yummy but I've ordered coconut rice twice now and have never received it from this store. I know the difference because I go to another location and love the coconut rice! Wish they would just update the item as out of stock if they dont have it.

**Restaurant Review: Disappointing and Bland Experience**
I recently ordered the Grilled Salmon Bowl, and it was, unfortunately, one of the worst meals I’ve had in a long time. The presentation was uninspired—a piece of salmon that looked hastily cooked and placed on top of rice with just two cilantro leaves for garnish. There was no sauce at all to elevate the dish, leaving it bland and tasteless.
The rice was undercooked and hard to chew, making the meal even less enjoyable. The salmon itself lacked flavor and seemed overcooked, without any seasoning to bring out its natural taste. The entire bowl felt like it was thrown together without care or attention to detail.
I can’t understand how anyone could find this meal satisfying. With no flavor, no sauce, and poorly cooked rice, it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend this dish—or this restaurant—to anyone looking for a quality meal.
