My cheese and bread is overcooked and it's like it's old my steak and cheese sub. It has no Parmesan on the top of my sub I asked for extra Parmesan. It's like they put it in the microwave or something not edible.

I received everything except for the Pepsi, but it was still enjoyable . I know it's easy to run out of things in a big restaurant chain cuz I been there before lol

The sub is more bread then meat. Why did you change from the old sub you made with options to just a few pieces of meat. Not happy at all. The cheese bread was good.
