Food was disgusting, burger buns were burnt, chicken patties were over cooked. The whole meals were terrible and could not eat it.

got 2 burgers about 20 nuggets all up and a medium and small fries and only one coke. first time this has happened when ordering from HJs. sad. food as always excellent. via door dash.

I'm normally pretty understanding, having worked in hospitality for a very long time, but when you pay$20+ per meal plus delivery, and don't get what you paid for, and there's nothing you can do about it but get a refund, it starts to get pretty frustrating - especially when it starts to become a frequent occurance of things missing from your order. A few hashbrowns, I can get over, but the flat white arriving stone cold is just not it.
I give three stars because everything else was as expected - the iced mochas, the breaky wraps, are always better at hungry jacks - and the response from the worker who helped me with the issue was professional and understanding. Just please, please double-check the orders before you send them out 🙏
