Barely any chips with no salt. Pretty bad all round. Drink spilled. Burger was thrown together

i've ordered caramel-someting (sorry i do not remember the actual fancy name) with whipped cream and caramel topping. Got non of it... it is just a poor iced latte. Kinda disappointed. :( I wanted to try this exact thing, even spent 2extra dollars for it.
