we ordered a mega baconator and value baconator for the men in the family for dinner following a day at the hospital.The meal was delivered early in excellent condition and was delicious. we have found delivery via Doordash from Hungry Jacks an excellent service. Recommend as value for money and excellent rapid delivery

This Hungry Jacks Restaurant consistently makes "Angus" burgers using two ordinary beef patties. This isn't a bonus. This is terrible. I ordered a double Angus burger and got a burger with 4 beef patties that were in ver cooked and dry. Terrible practices. The post mix from Browns Plains Hungry Jacks has tasted dirty for the 3 years I have lived in the area. I've told them and nothing has been done. The ice machine or the post mix machine needs replacing or cleaning. The drinks taste terrible. I have to make sure I order bottled drinks when ordering to avoid the post mix drinks. Sort it out people. It's an abismal effort.

Food was good. All changes that I requested were made with no error . However I did order a ice cream that I did not receive, got no notification it was unavailable. Should I expect a refund?
Also drinks were spilt in the bag which made a mess every where
