Usually they're on point with the meals and timing of preparation but the last few times they've forgotten hasbrowns that we're ordered and taking a very long time to prepare meal, so long that drivers drop the job due to the wait time. Overall meals are always hot and amazing quality.

What we received looked more like large nuggets. The 5 chicken pieces fit into the smallest box that nuggets are served in. Certainly nothing like the crunchy fried chicken pieces in the photo. Dry as and not juicy as per your description. We purchased 5 chicken pieces for 2 adults. What we received would hardly feed 1 child, Paid $24.30 but looked like $9 value. Tried to phone the store twice to check if we received the correct item but store didn’t answer. Very disappointing.

The Outback Whopper was disappointing. Despite overdoing the chilli sauce, there was no spice to the burger at all. The herb mayo was nice but I barely got to appreciate it with such little portion compared to the promotion imagery.
The meat patties are questionably fresh with none of the expected flame grilled flavour.
