pepper Jack sandwich was quite good and very cheesy. Hash browns were definitely a lot less than pictured which was a bummer for the price but overall it was good. Even the fruit cup was very fresh. thank you ihop.

The french toast is dry and the strawberry shake doesn't taste like real ice cream. Two french toasts and a 2/3 cup full of fake ice cream is questionably passable but not $20 worth. Not a good value.
I've had other food there that was good, just not these items; I will be much more careful if I order again.

The Sirloin Steak Tips is one of our favorites here. It has this subtle sweetness that's so good with the carmelized onions.
I get the Mac and cheese as a side and I'm so picky it's the only Mac and cheese I like from any restaurant

The pot roast looked like a can of dog food. All chopped up and it was about 4 bites worth of food. No graby on the mashed potatoes even though I asked for it and it was about 3 bites worth. Not worth the $30 after delivery fee and such.

Too much butter was used to cook the eggs and hashbrowns in. There is not enough syrup for the pancakes. 2 small containers is not enough for 3 pancakes
