• 28/3/24It's on an almost focaccia bread, not what I was expecting but they kindly accommodated my request for fresh basil, and the ingredients tasted really fresh and good quality. Slight spice to the pep, it was very good!

• 26/11/25I’ve been a fan of Impasto since they opened, and today just reminded me why. The person who I believe is the owner went above and beyond in preparing my pizza ingredients separately so I could finish it at home tomorrow.
Their pizza is always incredible, their sandwiches are delectable — they have the best loaf of bread in Brooklyn, and believe me, I’ve tried most of them. Impasto is a true neighborhood gem, and I’ll keep coming back!

• 5/1/25The Individual Zucchine e Bufala was fantastic. The zucchini was sliced very thin and the fresh basil was a good addition. There was an equal distribution of the zucchini, burrata, the pesto-like sauce and basil. I really love zucchini on pizza so I was happy to see this on the menu.
